libgetopt-lucid-perl software package provides module for parsing command line arguments, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgetopt-lucid-perl
libgetopt-lucid-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgetopt-lucid-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgetopt-lucid-perl *
You will get with libgetopt-lucid-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
